Sunset over Kona

We're going to cook dinner for ourselves tonight. in our condo. We found fresh marlin steaks at the store, and a dry rub made from spices and kona coffee. So we make broiled spiced marlin, and some lime-scallion compound butter. Couscous, salad with chopped macademia nuts, and a bottle of Kendall Jackson chardonnay. Eating this on the lanai, watching the sun set, and watching the surf crash, listening to the Hawaiian music from the resort next door. I think no restaurant could do better.
